Client Representations & Warranties: By uploading, submitting, emailing, or requesting the reproduction of any digital artwork, graphic design, logo, slogan, trademark, or service mark to Printalotta, the customer explicitly warrants that:
-
They are the sole legal owner of the submitted intellectual property, or
-
They possess express, written authorization, licensing, or commercial release from the rightful owner to reproduce and monetize said materials.
-

Printalotta respects the intellectual property rights of creators. If you believe your copyrighted work or registered trademark has been reproduced on our storefront without authorization, submit a formal notice of infringement to [Insert Legal/Support Email] containing:
-
Physical or electronic signature of the authorized copyright holder or legal agent.

5. Production Disclaimers & Print Tolerances
Garment printing (including Direct-to-Film/DTF, screen printing, and heat transfer applications) involves physical and chemical variables across fabric blends and dye lots.
-
Color Rendition: Digital mockups and screen previews are RGB representations. Physical prints produce CMYK ink mixtures on fabric. Printalotta cannot guarantee an exact 100% color match to an uncalibrated computer monitor or mobile phone screen. Minor shifts in saturation or hue do not constitute manufacturing defects.
-
Placement & Size Tolerances: Industry-standard variances apply to all apparel runs. Graphic placement may shift up to $\pm 0.75$ inches from digital mockups, and physical garment dimensions may vary within standard manufacturing tolerances ($\pm 1.0$ inch).
-
Proof Approvals: For all commercial and bulk B2B print orders, approval of a digital proof or work order acts as final authorization. Printalotta is not liable for customer-supplied misspellings, low-resolution raster artifacts (pixelation from low DPI files), or layout errors once a proof is approved.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Printalotta and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from:
-
The use or inability to use this website or products purchased,
-
Delays or failure in transit caused by third-party shipping couriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx),
-
Commercial loss, downtime, or missed event deadlines resulting from unforeseen production or carrier delays.
In all cases, Printalotta's aggregate financial liability for any claim shall not exceed the total dollar amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the dispute.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Legal Notice and any separate agreements whereby we provide services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Summit County, Ohio.
Client Trademarks: Commercial logos and graphics supplied for custom business print runs remain the property of the respective business client.
